Richard L. Campbell, Esq., CPA

Mr. Bolas is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of St. Bonaventure University, earning his law degree from the University of Dayton and a Masters in Taxation from the University of Denver. Mr. Bolas has been associated with the firm for more than 15 years. He concentrates his practice in financial and tax planning, administration of estates, elder law and general corporate and business law.
Thomas J. Navarro Jr., Esq. has practiced in Western New York for over 19 years. He represents injured victims in cases involving serious injuries, automobile and trucking crashes, medical malpractice, dog bites, construction site actions and many other injury cases. He first practiced law with a prominent insurance defense firm in Buffalo, NY. The firm represented insurance companies and defended negligent drivers. During this time he learned the strategies and methods that insurance companies used to reduce the amount of money paid to victims who were injured in accidents. Therefore, he brings a unique perspective in representing individuals and victims who have been seriously injured by negligent defendants. Additionally, he has a viable practice in the matrimonial law and family law areas, representing individuals in divorce actions or those in need of representation in family court for custody, support or other family court matters. He also practices criminal law and represents defendants in Buffalo City Court and Town Courts in Erie County for DWI's, misdemeanors and traffic infraction cases.

Mr. Buckley is Vice President of the Amherst Senior Citizen’s Foundation, a member of the Board of Directors of the Financial Planning Association, Western New York Chapter, a past member of the Board of Directors of the Amherst Chamber of Commerce and a member of the New York State and Erie County Bar Associations. Mr. Buckley is a graduate of Miami University and the Ohio Northern University College of Law. He lives with his wife and four children in Clarence.
